Experience is an advantage. Confidence is powerful. And visibility has no age limit.
Welcome
The Silver Fox Talent Collective was created for women and men who understand that turning 50 is not about slowing down—it can be the beginning of an exciting new season.
Our community brings together professional development, creative expression, personal branding, confidence, media opportunities, and career exploration through four signature pillars:
Model. Act. Create. Reinvent.
Whether you are entering the industry for the first time, returning after years away, exploring a second career, or simply ready to rediscover yourself, Silver Fox provides education, community, encouragement, and opportunities to help you move forward with confidence.
The Four Pillars
Step in front of the camera with confidence.
Learn the fundamentals of working as a mature model while developing the confidence, presentation skills, and professional materials needed to pursue opportunities in today's expanding 50+ marketplace.
Bring your personality and presence to the screen.
Develop practical on-camera skills for commercials, digital media, branded content, and other performance opportunities while becoming more comfortable and authentic on screen.
Build your voice, visibility, and digital presence.
Learn how to create meaningful content, develop your personal brand, use social media strategically, and leverage emerging tools such as AI to expand your visibility and opportunities.
Decide what comes next—and step into it boldly.
For adults 50+ who are ready to explore what's next, rediscover their creativity, or reinvent themselves personally and professionally.
Why Silver Fox
Adults 50+ represent an extraordinary combination of experience, confidence, perspective, resilience, purchasing power, creativity, and influence.
Yet too many industries, brands, and media platforms still underrepresent this powerful demographic. The Silver Fox Talent Collective exists to help change that.
We are creating an environment where adults 50+ can learn new skills, build professional confidence, create meaningful connections, develop their personal brands, explore career opportunities, and redefine how the world sees adults at this stage of life.
Who this is for
A Silver Fox is anyone 50 and older ready for what's next.
You do not need previous modeling, acting, or content creation experience to belong here.
The experience
Hands-on learning experiences focused on modeling, acting, content creation, branding, confidence, AI, and professional development.
Photoshoots, video sessions, portfolio development, content creation days, and opportunities to practice new skills.
Learn how the modeling, acting, media, content, and creator industries work—and how to professionally position yourself.
Connect with people who are also exploring new goals, creative opportunities, career changes, and personal reinvention.
Panels, speakers, networking experiences, creative showcases, fashion experiences, and community gatherings.
Develop the confidence, materials, skills, and professional presence needed to pursue potential opportunities.
Our founder
After decades of creating opportunities for women through fashion, representation and mentorship, Gwen DeVoe is expanding that mission through the Silver Fox Talent Collective—a community where adults 50+ can develop their talents, build confidence and explore new possibilities in modeling, acting, content creation and reinvention.
“The Silver Fox Talent Collective began with a vision: to create more opportunities, representation, education, and community for adults 50+.
Today, the Silver Fox Talent Collective celebrates women and men who are ready to explore new possibilities, embrace their creativity, strengthen their confidence, and step boldly into what comes next.”
Reviews
Silver Fox reminded me that I could still try something completely new—and actually enjoy the process.
I walked in unsure of myself and walked away seeing possibilities I had never considered.
This community is about so much more than modeling. It is about confidence, connection, and realizing that your next chapter can be exciting.
After 30 years in the same industry, Silver Fox gave me the courage to finally pursue the creative work I had always put off.
I came for the modeling workshops and left with a circle of friends who truly see me and cheer me on.
Every session reminded me that experience is an asset, not an expiration date. I feel ready for what's next.
